Statement of both pledge and misc contributions, need to create

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2010

I need to create statements for our members with will include both pledge paymetns and other misc. contributions. The regular statement only captures the pledtge payments. How can I include other payments?

Anything put on a donation form (sales receipt) will not show in Statements. Statements are reports of AR (pledge = invoice process).

You can find a third-party program for total Donor reporting.

Use the BRC Donor Statements addin to do this. It will include both pledge payment and sales receipts on the statements.
