Go to My Account, and click the Download button, and/or download the WebSetup09 icon. If you want to stave off downloading the program "for real" until you're satisfied all states exist as you want them, just pretend you're going to download the program, take a look at which states appear to have a possibility of being downloaded (not necessarily just the ones Lacerte may have pre-checked for you, but those which don't seem to be "greyed out" or whatever).
If you don't see all the states you want, and prefer not to get the program yet, you can always cancel at that point. If you don't mind getting "half a program," you can always download the ones you see that you like, and check them off if they aren't pre-checked. Undoubtedly, more states will come along on the next version, if not all desired states are on Version 2, the version which is up on the website now.

Release 3 is now available, and appeared to have entity returns for most, if not all, of the states.

I've been watching the Lacerte site for release 3 and it doesn't seem to be available yet. I see that you have it. What's your secret?

I got it through the in-program update, but I've since heard that not everyone has been able to get it that way yet.
It took a couple hours after the first people said CD1 was up before I could get it on the support website, so I guess I was on the "good" list this time around?

tHE STATE HAS BEEN RELEASED SUCH AS PENNSYLVANIA BUT IT CANNOT BE EFILED. IS THIS COMMON WITH LACERTE AND I HOPE IT ISN'T LONG.

Go to Ask Intuit (an orange button on top right of your screen, or online help), then type in the search box: KB1017684 and hit the search button. You will be taken to knowledge base article, where you have 2009 release schedule with link to another article (kb1063601) with release dates.
