State regulations for DE LLC?
I have a DE LLC. My accountant is taking care of my taxes. Who can I ask about other regulatory needs for a small VA company with a DE LLC?

Not sure we are allowed to post links here, but a Delaware LLC is controlled by that state and there is plenty of info on the Delaware.gov site or more specifically http://corp.delaware.gov/

I am not sure what you mean by "small VA company". I assume you mean a small veteran owned business. If that is the case the SBA can certify you as a veteran owned business. They have some very specific things they want to see in the operating agreement of a veteran owned business. The main point they are want the operating agreement to state is that the veteran has unrestricted majority ownership and control ( management ) and that the veteran isnt a "straw" or "front person.
The other poster gave you a great link to the state, I suggest reading the statute in Delaware that regulates LLCs. You will be ahead of 99.9% of LLC owners.
