Start-up error
For the past week or two, when I open QB Pro I get the message "The file you specified cannot be opened. Make sure that it is not currectly being used by another program or a read-only file. The Windows error was "The file exists."

This error generally indicates that some portion of the program installation has become damaged. Here's a KB article related to the issue.
