When you log in to your Intuit websites account, there is the main navigation bar on the top. Hover over "Manage Websites" and click on "Websites" from the drop down menu that appears. On the left side, there will be a widget called "Manage Your Site". There is a link named "Choose a different design" that will allow you to select a new template and create your website over again. Note that this will delete all changes you've made to your site.
