sorting the information in Quickbooks Pro 2010 from an IIF file download from paypal

ProSeries

Once I download an IIF file from PayPal for an entire given month and then import it into quickbooksPro2010 how do I take all the transactions and put them in their propper place such as income from sales, purchases made, paypal ebay fees, etc?

You'll need to manually edit them after import if they're not what you want.

Or, try a tool like our PayPal to QuickBooks link.  It lets you pick the items and accounts to use, and even the sales transaction type to use for your PayPal orders.  For many customers, after importing using the IIF file produced by the PayPal to QuickBooks link there is no editing to do.
