sole member of LLC is a Trust
Initial year of Bypass Trust, trust is sole member of an LLC. Do I disregard the LLC and just file the 1041? Do I file a 1065 with one partner?

I would disreagrd the LLC since there is no separate return for it. File everything on the 1041.
If you use Pro Series Basic I might not be able to help you. If you use Turbo Tax I might refuse to help you. All others, watch out! ;-)
