Small Trucking Company
Hi,Well, my husband started a small trucking company. I purchased qb set up with almost all the accounts. The company has different types of accounts like Bank Acct., Com Check Acct etc. We give drivers advances on the trips they take for delivering the loads. At the end of the trip they calculate how much advance he was given, expenses, and if he is short or over. I need to know, I am set to give them employee advances, but I don't know what to credit after they come from a trip. How would I do that or what do I need to credit or debit? My thought is that if I give them advances under employee advances, then I would need to credit that account and debit another, but I really am lost. Can someone please help me?
