go to irs.gov and type the form 8941 and click on the instructions. There is a line by line worksheet.

No, one that prints out of Lacerte with the information entered for the form. Lacerte usually provides a worksheet in the diagnostics.

It's taking forever, so I can't include the PDF file as part of my response, but if anyone wants a PDF printout of a worksheet I just got on a test client, click my picture and e-mail me, and I'll e-mail you a private copy of the worksheet. It seems to be a worksheet having to do with one of the lines of the form, not necessarily the whole form, but at least it does have SOMETHING to do with Form 8941.
