Slow response to saving files
Saving client data file. Very slow starting today 2/27/2009. Anyone having a similar problem?

YES! I was waiting for a chance for everyone to get off to reset the server. I figured it was that. Sounds like it may have been the patch then if others having problems.

Now I am torn. I had gotten into the habit of hitting Ctrl S every entery or 2 in case the program did one of its random crashes but now it takes 30 to 40 secs per save so not worth waiting.

Go Tools, Options, and set it to save every 1 minute. Then if something happens, you do not lose everything, and you do not have to hit save and wait for the save.
