Can you ship multiple boxes using FedEx Ground COD? It only allows me to enter the weight for one box, but then the other boxes are left with no tracking number. I spoke to a QB rep and he told me that you CAN do it, but wanted to charge me $100 to tell me! So I've looked everywhere on the message board, but havent figured it out yet. As Far As I can tell by looking at the program QuickBooks Shipping Manager does not support Shipping multiple Boxes with Either Fed Ex or UPS. It will probably be necessary to enter in multiple shipping forms to get multiple tracking numbers. If anyone has figured out a way using QuickBooks Shipping Manager to provide tracking info for multiple Boxes/Tracking numbers feel free to chime in.

You can only ship 1 package per invoice.

Quickbooks Shipping Manager seems to be a very dumbed down version of Zfirm's shipping product -- which can ship multiple packages per invoice.
But should we have to pay $128 + a annual subscription fee just to ship 2 lousy boxes per invoice?
Let Intuit know how unhappy you are with this by responding to the post and by sending feedback from the QB HELP menu.
If enough of us chime in, maybe they will start listening.

You can ship more than one package using a sales receipt but we have never tried as an invoice.
Do you know if this was ever resolved? I see your post is from 2005 but I am curious if you have since found anything out in the past couple of years.

I think I heard mention of this being fixed, but we gave up on built-in shipping in QB so long ago and have been really pretty happy with Zfirm ShipRush that we've never looked back.
Nice thing about ShipRush is that you can get either/both Fedex and UPS (and now DHL) modules and they all behave the same so training employees on one or the other is pretty easy, there are only slight variations due to shipper differences that are negligible and the interaces are color coded so you know immediately if you are shipping with Fedex (purple) or UPS (brown) or DHL (yellow).
Handling multiple parcel shipments is a piece of cake.
I wish ShipRush had an easy way to add standard box sizes templates that can be added ad-hoc to a shipment, but they only have templates that do an entire shipment, so this doesn't really help me.
Still a good product nonetheless.
This has in fact been fixed in Enterprise 7.0! When in shipping manager one only has to click the "add" button under the "packages" tab. Hope this helps.
