Shipping Address not displaying on Estimates / Invoices...?

For some reason, I've noticed that when I make an estimate / invoice, the SHIPPING ADDRESS / field is missing? It now only displays the mailing address of the customer, is this a new glitch with QBO? I've just noticed this since yesterday, It's just very idiotic looking honestly because it doesn't reference the shipping address, which in most cases of my construction business, is different than the billing address! Help!

Example:

Owner / mailing address = John Smith / 123 Smith Lane

Owner / job (shipping) address = John Smith / 456 Smith Lane

______

Usually when doing an invoice or estimate, it displays the owner + mailing address in the left field window, and on the right field window, it shows the owner + JOB ADDRESS (in this case, '456 Smith Lane').

NOW? It just shows the left field box, as if I 'checked' the "billing address is the same" box in the customer center info...

Does this make sense to everyone? hope this is not confusing.

And bottomline, it's just not as professional looking, and not is informative as it used to.

_________

2/2/2011: Please people! I  need help!

To clarify, if the above is confusing...

Basically, if the customer's mailing (billing) address was different than the shipping address, TWO windows would appear at the top of an estimate / invoice.

NOW, there is just one window to the left, REGARDLESS if the customer's mailing and shipping address is different. Now, it just defaults to the customer's mailing (billing) address in this left window, not showing the shipping address at all to the right hand side, where it used to be displayed.

Is this more clear? Please, anyone with input would be much appreciated. I'm still trying to figure out if this is simply a QBO glitch, or if this is a new, permanent change in the system.

Thanks.

I'm an IDIOT!

I realized this was my OWN mistake!

About a week or so ago in 'customer preferences,' under sales form entry, I 'unchecked' the "shipping" box, thinking I didn't need this since my business does not add shipping costs to its products.

Little did I know, this would then eliminate the top-right window / field displaying the 'shipping address' (or job address) that I was missing! I felt like an absolute idiot once I put two and two together, realizing this was my own doing.

Thanks for viewing guys, problem solved!
