The attach documents setting changed to storing locally when we upgraded to Enterprise 2012. How do I change it back so that my attachments will upload to the online document storage?
Problem solved! We discovered that when attaching documents in Enterprise (or because of the maintenance Intuit did last week) if you just click to add from Computer or scanner, it defaults to local storage. You have to click the arrow next to computer or scanner and choose the option to save online or save to computer. Rather annoying to have to make this selection for each document that we attach because every entry has an attachment!
