Setting up Sub Catagories

You can set up categories in Service Managment to make it easier to find items when you create an invoice, however these categories will still have to map to the basic category types in QuickBooks (Services, Non-Inventory Items, Inventory).
Depending on how you want to use these categories you may also consider items with subitems under them, or group items. These are supported in Service Management and QuickBooks and are automatically synchronized.
