Setting up Sale Tax

What version of POS are you using? In POS V10 after selecting the 'Collect Sales Tax' box is checked we then have the option of setting up the tax location and tax codes. If you these options are greyed out it may be due to a user log in that does not have sufficient rights. Are you requiring users to log in? If so, try logging in as the 'Sysadmin' and see if the issue persists.
