setting up multi user from different sites

Trying to use our multi user quick books on 2 seperate sites working on the same company files. Do you know how we can do this without a server?

Although I do not have more than one user, I do operate remotely most of the time. I host my Quick Books on Windows Server 2008R2 (Windows7 Server), and connect using RDP (previously known as Terminal Server).
