I need to know how to change what prints on both the checks and paychecks. For example, on the checks, it prints the name of our bank; however, it does not print the whole name (... ... ban). I've tried making font smaller but I get the same results. On the paychecks, it's basically the same problem; I need to edit or move what prints.
It sounds like you're using a 3rd party app to print your checks and not QuickBooks. QB is set up for pre-printed checks and doesn't print the bank name on them (although you can choose to print the company name & logo).

The best I can tell QB is printing the checks. A "Print Checks" window pops up with 3 tabs: Settings, Fonts, and Partial Page. It prints this data in the lower left corner of the checks. For payroll it prints the pay period and checks it prints the bank's name.
