How do you set up financial statements for multiple revenue locations? My client has about 150.

Use Classes. You can run a P&L by class.
Edit menu > Preferences > Accounting > Company preference tab > Check off "Uses Class tracking"

Since you are using classes for departments, you'd have to figure out a way to use them for both. Generally, you can't.
