Service Notice: Unapproved time data request

 

As QuickBooks Time Tracker and QuickBooks Time & Billing was shut down on December 1, 2012, we realize that some of you might have unapproved time remaining in QuickBooks Time Tracker or QuickBooks Time & Billing.  If you need that data, you are able to request it until January 31, 2012. Please note these important details about the data requests before you request your data:

• All your approved data is available in QuickBooks already – this request is for unapproved or pending data only.
• This request is only for unapproved or pending data from 9/1 to date. 
• Your data will be sent as an Excel file. From this Excel file, you will need to manually enter that time data into QuickBooks.  Learn how on the FAQ page.
• Requests made until December 15 will be fulfilled in 3-5 business days. Requests made from December 16 , 2011 – January 31, 2012 will be fulfilled in 7-10 business days.
• No data requests will be taken after January 31, 2012.
