SEP cont by 2% S Corp owner
LacerteI've read everything I can find and I'm still confused. Can a >2% owner of an S Corp make a SEP contribution based on wages from the corp? The employee not the S Corp made the contribution.

There's nothing confusing about it. A SEP is an employer plan, and must be established and funded by the employer.
Heck, that's even the case for a partnership, which is about as non-employer-ish as you can get.
