Schedule Maintenance for ProSeries E-Filing, April 3, 12:01am

Notice of Scheduled Systems Maintenance for ProSeries on April 3 ? 12:00-12:10am PDT. In our usual timeslot for routine maintenance on our e-filing systems, we will be performing a routine procedure on Thursdayy, April 3, beginning at 12:00am PDT. Rich,
I'm in NJ Sat morning and can't get through on Proseries to efile or update products. All other internet connections on my pc are ok. Is there a problem on your end?

Paul, I've spoken with our Ops & Infrastructure team, and all e-filing systems are operating on a "healthy" basis. They did indicate that there are two routers on the Internet system that are experiencing difficulties - one in Florida and one in Arizona. Depending upon how your ISP is routing packets, those two Internet problems could be affecting your ability to submit returns.

We'll continue to monitor the system (both Intuit's and the Internet overall) and will post updates to the ProSeries website as we get new information.

I turned off the firewall and it worked. I then turned on the firewall and it worked again. Who knows! Learn a new trick every day. thanks for you help.
