You can if you can find some software that will parse and decode your invoice and then send it Quickbooks. There is no feature within Quickbooks for this, though I have heard you can attach files to transactions in Quickbooks 2010.

There are document management add-ons that will allow you to scan invoices and attach them to your QuickBooks' records.
You can check out the Intuit Marketplace to see all of the different document management add-ons (including PaperSavePlus) you can purchase. Go to:
