scanner could not be selected in Quickbooks scan manager, I tried with HP 3770.
When I click on scanner select buttom and I select the connected scanner the scanner setup wizard does not respond.
This issue oftens occurs if the installed driver for the scanner is not TWAIN compliant. Check the HP website for the latest TWAIN compliant driver, install it and try the setup wizard again. You should be succesful!

I could not find TWAIN driver for 3770 in HP, can you help me where.
But I found when I plug the scanner it will be installed automatically and when I go to select scanner from scan document in quickbooks two driver appear one of them is TWAIN. but I could not select it.

Having the same problem with 64 bit Windows 7 - scanner worked perfectly fine in 32 bit Windows 7, not cannot select the scanner on 64 bit. Microsoft states scanner is supported and appropriate driver selected.
