Click File >Rent Forms >Invoices. After you click okay, select to print them to a PDF printer.

I recently created an "AutoPDF" solution for a client using the QBSDK, that exports invoice and credit memo information, injects it in to richly formatted MS Word templates, saves it as a PDF, and then places it on the network drive in an organized fashion.
