Sample Letter implementing changes in the new year to come

Need a sample letter showing changes in our policy for the new year to come. Invoices that are 60 to 90 days past due will be accruing fees effective immediately. Can you help me?

Hello,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the community. I did a search and found a sample letter here that might fit your needs. It is number9.4. Please let us know if this was helpful.

Btw, and I hope you don't mind my asking, is this change in policy because you are finding that more customers are paying late? I know many businesses are tightening up or even eliminating credit to their customers in light of the current economic conditions.

Jim
