sales tax liability
Hello Folks,
We use an external system as POS and use QB for accounting. WE accept credit card s from customers when we sell over 250 items.
Our external POS gives quite good detailed reports so we don't want the same duplication into quickbooks.
I am wondering do I create summarized daily sales transactions in to quickbooks as GL entries or is there a better way to avoid maual? Please advise.
I did create a non-inventory type item that is linked to a revenue account and made it taxable. but now i see no reason for it to be there.
any advise?
