Sales tax entities did not show in report
QB has quit listing all the Cities, and Counties I collected sales tax on making the monthly sales tax report impossible. It worked last month but not this month...Need HELP

What report do you mean?
The sales tax liability report should have the tax vendors (cities, counties) listed in the left column. Do you not see them listed?

Richard, the report that shows all the entities that sales tax is collected from. They are NOT there but used to be. I cannot get the state report done without the breakdown of the collected amounts. IT used to show all the cities but now does NOT....

I am having the SAME problem -- we just loaded the latest upgrade -- do you think that might have screwed something up?? My Sales Tax Liability Report is only showing a lump sum total -- no city, county, state detail.

Is the date range correct on the sales tax liability report? But, I do not think this could be it.
I would check the filters (modify report, filter tab) to make sure the only current filter showing is date. But, I suspect this is not the problem.
Do you get the same result when you generate the sales tax liability report from both the vendors menu (click sales tax) and the reports menu? Probably.
Because you did just have a change to your program (latest update) maybe this is the explanation. You might try “verify date” on the file menu, then utilities.
You might search the forums for others reporting this problem.
The next step might be to contact Intuit.
