Returning NULL QBWinInstance Handle
I'm running Quickbooks 2012 Pro, single user, on a W520 Quad-core i7-2920xm @2.5GHz 16g ram.
The computer is configured to start Quickbooks background tasks (qbw32.exe -silent and qbupdate) on startup event viewer/qbwin.log shows Null handle error.
Here are the contents of qbwin.log;

This issue is apparently long outstanding for Intuit and also apparently they do not want to deal with it. I've read some postings about possible issue/s involved but I think they are weak and tepid at best. The fact that these things have been ongoing for Intuit for soooo long tells me a lot about the quality of software and engineers at Intuit.
I've worked with many of the software developers at Intuit, they are poorly paid, over-worked and mostly incompetent.
