Under Reports choose Banking then select Previous Reconciliation Reports. I have the past 3.5 years showing that I can print so you should be able to get last month's and last year's this way.

Thanks Nancy for responding.  When I use the procedures you suggested I get only the last month I reconciled in a PDF format.  I am unable to get other months, Is there something else I should try?

Sincerely

what exact version of quickbooks are you using? Not all of the versions allow you to view reconciliations from more than one month back.

unfortunately, with quickbooks pro you can only view the reconciliation from the previous month.  the program does not store the ones before then.

My apologies. That is correct. Quickbooks Pro allows you the previous reconciliation report via the .pdf file as you found.

What information specifically are you trying to obtain? Perhaps there's another option available to get that instead of a reconciliation report.

I had failed to print reconciliations on a couple of previous months.  I got in a hurry when doing those reconciliations and I wanted a copy to put with the files to the auditor.  There are no problems I balance on those months, just had too many things going on when finishing the monthly work.

Thanks for all your help.

Sincerely,

After giving some thought, you could try to run a Transaction Detail by Account report and make the date range match the bank statement. this will show you everything for that month with a cleared status. That might give you what you need for the auditor's file.
