Reprinting a return for review

Do you mean that you are being charged to reprint the return? If changes to certain data, like the SSN are made after a return has been authorized (payment has been made or applied against your bundle balance), you will be prompted for payment again. However, we are aware of these situations and ask that you contact us immediately for the credit.
You can contact us via chat in the application or our support page or email us at IntuitTaxOnline@Intuit.com. Please provide your CAN (Customer Account Number) and the Return Id so we can process the credit.
You mean to tell me I can't print a copy for my client to review first and then make changes as needed and reprint it for them before I efile it??
I don't plan on paper filing any of my clients but I do require them to review the return before I efile it and if any changes are needed I have to be able to make the changses and send them a copy.
How can I do this?

Intuit Tax Online will allow you to re-print a clients return. I have done this several times myself. Please make sure that any pop up blockers are turned off. When you click the view/ print return PDF button a separate window will open to generate the pdf. Take a look at the bottom of your screen to see if that separate window has opened. Please let us know if this resolves the issue. If it persists please contact our support team right away.
