Report for Customer Types

QuickBooks UK : Pro 2012

Trying to find a report - to show Customer Types; From advertisement, Referral, Retail etc

I have Pro 2012 and when you enter a new customer you can enter their customer type; From advertisement, referral, retail etc. I would like to print a report to show me the customers from each type and also the income received from these separate customers. Is there a report set up for this or do I need to create a custom report? If a custom report is required - how do I do this?
