I entered a large batch of bills, approximately 250 and paid them. I began recononciling my account yesterday and found that all the batch had been renumbered and none of them are marked paid. Please adivse, thanks
Go to cheques, open cheque, go back and see what happend, if they are renumbered you have to change numbers for right one it is no metter how many you have. If they not marked as paid see on your cheque if any bill check-marked? gray field down, list of bills
If you can not fix it, delite all cheques that you did, and repeat bills payment, do by each Vendor individually, and when you pay them do not mark "print cheques", but mark "assign cheque no.", and assign proper number to each cheque
You can fix this problem only manually, if you already print all cheques
