My client wants to rent uniforms. She is paying for half and the employee the other half. How do we set that up?


My client wants to rent uniforms. She is paying for half and the employee the other half. How do we set that up?


Set up a new payroll deduction item that is not subject to any taxes. You can point it to the Uniform Rent Payable account. You will need to add this item to the employees' record.
