Removing Attchment in Doc Center

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2012

I can not remove my document from the Doc Center when it says document can not be found. I figured out that when i move the documents from original file on computer it loses its link in QB. I use QB12. I need to find out what to do.

To address this, I would try the following:

Open the Company menu.
Select Documents > Clean up Attachment Links.

This should either fix broken links or remove non-existent attachments.
