Remove old checks from 'Reminders'
How do I remove old 'Checks to Print' so they don't show in "Reminders?" I want the current payroll to be in "Reminders". They are DD checks. Using a date-range affects "Checks to Print."


How do I remove old 'Checks to Print' so they don't show in "Reminders?" I want the current payroll to be in "Reminders". They are DD checks. Using a date-range affects "Checks to Print."


What are DD checks? If they are drafts, just give them a number, like DD1.

So you can just give them a number or letter, and they will no longer be "to print".
Of course! Now why didn't I think of that?! Thank you very much. The only problem with this is that the paychecks were "printed" in 2007 and are no longer in the register so I have to pull up each 'check' and give it a number. I removed temporarily the lock going back beyond 12/31/10 so at least I don't have to enter a password, too.
And I've been a certified pro advisor since 2004; I'm not a 'new member.' All the more reason I should have thought of the answer to this one!
