I want to remotely enter Accounts payable invoice and be able to import into quickbooks
at a different location.

If you use a remote service (like logmein) you can log onto the computer and enter the a/p that way.

Lynda, Thanks but that solvion will not work, Corporate does not want their
site locations into their QuickBooks file. But ranther a solution to IMPORT
the transactions.

You would have to use accountants file or log into a network with multiple licenses. You can only import list items not transactions, if they were thinking of using Excel.
