remittance advice slips
QuickBooks UK : Premier 2012I do a monthly BACs run, so I will have upto 40 different paymenst from one account on the same day. I do not send the Remittance Advice by post, but email it to each supplier.
I use a pdf printer to create the pdfs I send. If I select all the forms that need to go I get a single pdf of 40 pages, I then have to use paperport or something simaler to split that for each individual supplier.
If I just select one payment then QB resets back so I have to reselect print forma remit advice and the fileds are back to a default of today, so I have to change the date, select none and then select the next advice and again print to pdf .
We have bulk sending of forms, which as far as I can tell is only Invoices, why has QB/intuit never moved from having only printed advice forms, which was fine when we sent out cheques.
Or am I missing something that is obvious to everyone else?
