Refinance fees - Loan fees, lender's charges, escrow fees, title insurance charges
Are all the fees on the escrow statement from a refinance deductible? Where do I enter them?

The solution
Nope. Only points and some pre-paid interest(that from settlement date until the end of the current month).
Unless this property was a rental property, then some of them are deductible.
Assuming you mean deductible on the year's income tax return.
I'm calmer now. Whew!
