Reconnect to fixed asset manager file.

US QuickBooks Premier : 2010: Accountant

I have moved a company from QB08 to QB10 and need to reconnect to fixed asset manager file but I have no idea where it is or what it is called. The company file is on a network. 

Obviously both versions of QB are Premier Accountant edition. 

I tried to backup the QB08 file to see where that was located but when I tried to look in that location (c:\Documents and Settings\all users\documents\intuit\Quickbooks\Company Files\FAM07) for the FAM file the file structure was hidden beyond the "all users."
