RAL advances

Has anyone used the Advance feature (loan) using SBBT and using last paycheck stub.I am curious as to what the earliest date to file for that advance could be. The last check stub could actually be in Dec 2006. Will ProSeries/SBBT allow that to be processed. This would be limited to taxpayers that have only W-2 type income and probably be EIC elgible withno deductable items basically an EZ filer.Any input would be apperciated.Tom

Yes,
1. You can use the last paycheck stub
2. It is based on the persons history with the bank.
3. I believe it is the 1st week of Jan 07' give or take..not really sure, because they cut out the Charismas advance loan.

I just got an email from ProSeries Express. They will accept refund advance loans Dec 29th.
