No ... this software is garbage and full of bugs ... call us at 815-874-4444 to discuss.
You need to firstmake sure that you do not link BOTH directions ... we allowed linking from Salesforce to Quickbooks and all our prior day entires were zeroed out and stuffed into a new Customer name called "Admin". Tech support then told us to turn OFF the link FROM Salesforce TO Quickbooks -that solved one problem.
Major issues now in Salesforce because every Invoice appears as an Opportunity ... so if we process 200 invoices each day (which are done deals and not really Opportunties anyway) we get 200 Opportunities pouring into Salesforce ... what a joke!!
Now for the kicker ... Salesforce then converts those Opportunities to zero dollars so you get 200 "messages" clogging up your screen that are entirely worthless.
You should NOT expect this kind of junky software from INTUIT and SALESFORCE - with professional software teams, this APP should have never ben released.
Further we cannot get anywhere with either company to understand (much less resolve) these issues - they keep pointing the finger to the other company.
This issue needs to be elevated and we need to find others who have been burned by this bogus software.
