Quickbooks Programming Help

US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions : 12.0: Standard

I am looking for a programmer. We want the ability to create sales orders with a # of custom fields and then be able to create purch. orders from that master order in a specific way. Im looking for someone with extensive exp qb.
