QuickBooks Pro 2012 is just stand alone QuickBooks with no payroll.
QuickBooks Pro 2012 with Enhanced Payroll is the stand alone Quickbooks + the payroll service which has been bundled together to be sold as one package at discounted price as oppose if you have to purchase Quickbooks and Enhanced payroll seperately.
