Windows 7. Everything worked fine until I installed NeatReceipts software and then uninstalled it. Invoices can be previewed and printed. Statements can't be previewed or printed and no access to printer setup.

I experienced the same issue with sales receipts. Have you tried emailing a copy of the statement? If you can't even do that, you may be dealing with a corrupt template. Try deleting your statement templates, downloading new ones from the website (or create your own, or whatever).

Hi, Thanks for the reply...........I'd already tried most of the above after I first tried QB repair and after I uninstalled and reinstalled QB.....and updated... My backup laptop that I didn't install the NeatReceipts on works fine...I also found over the weekend that not only will it not print statements, it won't print reports, like sales tax and inventory... Emailing statements didn't work either...the only thing that still works is previewing and printing invoices......can also email those.. NEVER install NEATRECEIPTS unless you're sure you're going to keep it........it "takes over" everything on your computer..
Oh boy. Sorry to hear of all the trouble.
It might be worth deleting the templates anyway, if you haven't already. And if you've already followed the KB article in the link above, sounds like you've been in some hours of troubleshooting already. My last resort if the template deleting didn't work was a format/reinstall of my pc (I want to do that anyway, but not in the middle of tax season). I hope you don't have to do that.
