QuickBooks Pro 2011 trial copies for download?
Are there trial copies of QuickBooks Pro 2011 that do NOT need a license code? I would like to install it
on multiple PC's at a training seminar.

I don't think there are trials anymore. But, you need a site license -- details here: http://accountant.intuit.com/t...
Thanks for your reply, Michelle. It's a shame. I have been certified since the outset of the program and used the trial version to train and sell QuickBooks. After a limited time users would be locked out if they did not purchase it.
There is a 30 day trial with QuickBooks Pro Plus (the new subscription plan). OR, Since you have 30 days to register it, I wonder if you could install it as a trial???

If you use The Learning Guide, it has a 140-day version of Pro as a disk in the book. It is only out for QB 2010.
This would be a good solution. Is it available now? Where would I look for it? (So as not to keep bugging you!!)

Scroll down to find the Learning Guide.
I see now where I was not specific. I need the Learning Guide for 2011. Then I will have available the 2011 trial version of QB good for 140 days. When will THAT be available? For $45.95 it very well could be worth the purchase.

I haven't see the 2011 guide available. The functions aren't that different and the interface is not that different. I am still teaching with the 2010 QB and guide and likely will skip 2011, since it doesn't have any new tools that make a significant difference in teaching the fundamentals.
Not every year of Learning Guide includes the QB program. You can contact Intuit's Education Program to learn if the 2011 guide is even coming out soon and if it will have two disks (program and data) or just one (data).
You can pay for a classroom installation license. That's what my school has done, for two labs.
Yes, Intuit provides links to full product downloads from QuickBooks 2005 and up.
The link for 2011 is: http://http-download.intuit.com/http.intuit/Downloads/2011/Latest/Setup_QuickBooksPro2011.ex...
I assume this would run in trial mode if not registered.
Hope this helps!
Ken
If someone does it, please post back as to whether it works or not. It seems like the last year or so, you enter the license # and product code when you install it. But I don't know if you can skip that step and install it anyway.
