Quickbooks Online Backup Retrieval

US QuickBooks Premier : 2009: Standard

Trying to restore QBB file from Quickbooks Online Backup. Browser launches from host server which Q and Quickbooks site error message states ActiveX controls and plugins need to be enabled (but does no't state which ones!). Can't get to the online backup.
