Quickbooks for use in Ukraine

US QuickBooks Premier : 2011: Standard

Hi there, I'm from Ukraine and our audit firm is seeking for a reliable soft.
We have computers with WinXP, Vista and Win7 with either 32 and 64 bit.
Is it possible for us to buy Quickbooks (maybe Premier edition) to install and use on our computers
