Eric: can you review some of the problems users like me are having with the downloaded templates displaying anything but the visual appearance of the generic or default template? There seems to be a flaw somewhere; I'm wondering if it's with a particular version of Windows (I'm Vista SP1).
Can you answer some of the community's questions about these downloaded templates not displaying as anything other than a default, plain template?
