There is a distinct process that is required at both ends of a QuickBooks MAC and QB Windows relationship. Attached is a 'new' guide on QB Mac but near the end it explains the steps required to convert a QB Mac file to QB Windows.....it must be done on the MAC end, then the QB Windows opens that and can convert the file back to a file that QB Mac can use.
