quickbooks added a word after my invoice number...
quickbooks added the word mini after the invoice numbers and I have to take it off of every invoice, how can I correct this?

Somewhere along the line someone created an invoice and added an alpha code after the invoice number BEFORE they saved the invoice. Now Qb's remembers it everytime you go to create an invoice.
Try this: Go to create invoices, create your next invoice and BEFORE you save it remove the alpha code appearing in the invoice number block - just leaving the numeric number QB's filled in. Now, save the invoice by clicking on SAVE and NEW. (Changing an invoice number that has already been saved once does not reset QB's. It must be done when creating a new invoice.)
For some reason, on the newer versions of QB's in order to reset the invoice numbering system using SAVE and CLOSE does not reset it, but, using SAVE and NEW does reset the sequence.
